  • All our products are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Slight irregularities in weave, embroidery, color, or texture are a natural outcome of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

  • Each saree is one of a kind, and no two pieces are exactly the same. The uniqueness of each product is a hallmark of handcrafted luxury.

  • Loose threads, minor weaving inconsistencies, and dye variations are normal and part of the charm of handmade products.

2. Color Accuracy

  • While we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately reflect the true color of the product.

  • Product images are taken in natural or studio lighting, which may slightly alter the appearance of the actual product.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

  • Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled as all items are either made-to-order or carefully curated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping and Delivery Policy, including timelines, courier handling, and customer responsibility for customs and delivery issues.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, political disruptions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

  • Store credits or repeat fulfillment will not be provided for unclaimed or rejected packages.

  • Customers must be available to receive the product during the delivery window. Missed deliveries or incorrect address issues will not be eligible for refund or redelivery.

  • Customers purchasing from outside India are responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws and taxes of their country.
